All orders are typically processed within 1–3 working days after payment has been successfully received. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available working day.
During busy periods, seasonal sales, or public holidays, processing times may be slightly extended. If significant delays occur, we will contact you using the email address provided at checkout.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, delayed, or appears to be lost, please contact us as soon as possible with:

- Photographs of any damage (if applicable)
- Any relevant delivery information
We will work with the courier and customer to resolve the issue fairly and promptly in accordance with UK consumer protection laws.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for ensuring delivery information is accurate at checkout. We cannot accept responsibility for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, additional postage charges may apply before the item can be resent.
Undelivered or Unclaimed Items
If a parcel is returned to us after failed delivery attempts or because it was not collected from a delivery point, we reserve the right to deduct the original shipping costs from any refund issued.
Digital Products
Where applicable, digital products or downloadable content will be delivered electronically and are not subject to physical shipping policies.
